How do I clean the earbuds?
To keep your earbuds in top condition:
- Use a dry microfiber cloth to wipe the exterior.
- Use a soft, dry brush or cotton swab to gently clean around the speaker mesh.
- Avoid using liquids directly on the earbuds.
- Do not use alcohol or abrasive cleaners on silicone tips—remove the tips first and wash them with warm soapy water, then dry completely before reattaching.

What is your return policy?
We offer a refund or replacement for items that arrive damaged or faulty for both - AirPods cases and our earbuds.
Because our cases are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect model selection, or personal preference.
