At AirPods cases lab, we happy to offer a refund or exchange if the product you receive arrives damaged, faulty, or is not suitable for your needs. Your satisfaction matters to us - just contact us within the timeframes below and we’ll be glad to help.
How to Claim a Refund or Exchange
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not suitable:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

Once approved, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost, depending on the situation.
Made-to-Order Products
Because our AirPods cases are made specifically for your order, returns are not accepted for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Incorrect model selection

Colour or design preference

Order cancellation requests after purchase
Production begins shortly after an order is placed, so if you changed your mind, please contact us asap and we will try to amend your order. However, we can no guarantee it as the order goes to the production team as soon as it’s been placed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We will accept returns and issue a refund or replacement for:

Items that are faulty due to manufacturing defects

Items that are damaged upon arrival

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that are:

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
